Following this enriching time of learning, our heartwarming Morning Worship begins at 9:45 am, where we gather to lift our voices in praise and reflect on the teachings of Christ.
Led by our pastor, Reverend Hayward Dock, Jr. we create a welcoming atmosphere that allows every individual to feel valued and inspired, making each Sunday a celebration of faith, family, and love.

First Providence’s Mission is to fulfill the Great Commission and ministry of our Lord, to equip individuals for the challenges of living an abundant life, to teach people to love one another, to worship, win souls and faithfully meet the needs of the whole person by SEEKING the unsaved, SAVING the suffering and SERVING the Savior.
Our Vision is to BRING people to saving faith in Jesus Christ, to BLESS them through the ministry of God’s Word and to BUILD them through prayer, fellowship, and service. It is to reach the whole person and transform the community through the gospel church “where everybody is somebody and Christ is Lord.” By BRINGING, BLESSING, and BUILDING our vision will become a reality.
